Outcome Based Performance Contracting (OBPC)

OUTCOME-BASED PERFORMANCE CONTRACTING
What is it and how does it work?

2:00 pm, December 13, 2017
LaBelle Meeting Room
LaSalle Building, 617 North Third Street
Baton Rouge, Louisiana

The Louisiana Coastal Protection and Restoration Authority (CPRA) will hold an Informational Meeting to discuss new legislation and requirements regarding Outcome Based Performance Contracting (OBPC), and to provide an overview of this alternative project delivery method and CPRA’s vision for delivering and implementing Coastal Master Plan projects using these contracts.

Some other topics that may be discussed include CPRA’s objectives for project implementation using these contracts, anticipated project type and location, and various contract elements including payment milestones, performance criteria, non-performance consequences, and proposed monitoring requirements.

CPRA will also request input from attendees and stakeholders on the topics discussed.

A draft agenda and meeting information will be posted at:  http://coastal.la.gov/outcome-based-performance-contracting-obpc/

Any questions regarding this Informational Meeting can be directed to Robert Routon at routon@la.gov
