CPRA submits its Notice of Intent to amend the rule regarding the Oyster Lease Acquisition Compensation Program. Pursuant to La. R.S. 56:432.1, the amended rule will clarify the method of determining compensation for oysters on oyster lease acreage acquired for purposes of integrated coastal protection.
